Conditions of Lots and Condition Reports

Imperfections to lots catalogued are not normally stated, however, the damage noted in a catalogue is intended to be of assistance to buyers, but in no way guarantees that lots are free of any other damage not listed. In all cases intending purchasers must still be responsible for determining the condition themselves. We offer free condition reports on most lots, not on multiple items, these are a matter of opinion and are not binding.

The symbol * after any lot number indicates that VAT is payable by the purchaser at the standard rate on the hammer price. For lots which appear without the above symbol, VAT at the standard rate with be payable on the premium but not the hammer price.
