Auction estimate valuations are free of charge.
Baseline fees on all official interactions: Property appraisal visits, written valuation, withinten days of request.
For properties requiring removal of any items, whether for auction or requiring legal, environmental and compliant waste dispersal a bespoke quotation will be provided in addition to the baseline fees.

£150 per visit plus 60p per mile, plus VAT.
