Jewellery is one of the specialist departments within the Fine Art saleroom with Andrew Spicer having over thirty years’ experience with the subject. He learnt his skills with Philips Auctioneers of Bond Street, London and then with Bonhams.

Andrew is particularly strong on the major design houses of Cartier, Van Cleef and Arples and Boodles, with in depth knowledge of all gemstones including the grading of diamonds. His personal favourite is antique jewellery from 13/14th century posy rings to the Georgian era.
