The Guvnor is a revival of one of Pashley’s oldest designs, the 1930s Path Racer, Reynolds 531 steel, North Road handlebars, Brooks B17 leather saddle, Sturmey Archer hub brakes, and puncture resistant Schwalbe tyres.
